Press Brake (100-Ton)
Bend metal into brackets, frames, panels, enclosures, and channels. Handles heavier material other shops turn away.
Turret Punch Press
Punch holes, slots, louvers, and complex patterns into sheet metal at high speed. Great for panels with many cutouts.
CNC Milling Machine
Machine flat surfaces, pockets, bores, and threads to tight tolerances. Blocks, plates, and custom 3D shapes.
CNC Lathe
Turn shafts, spacers, bushings, and round parts to precise diameters. Replacement parts and custom hardware.
Press Brake (60-Ton)
Bend lighter-gauge sheet metal into angles, box forms, and trim pieces. Handles smaller parts with precision.
Surface Grinder
Grind flat surfaces to a precise thickness or mirror finish. Plates, dies, and parts that need to sit perfectly flat.
Metal Shear (8-Foot)
Cut full sheets down to the exact size you need, fast and clean. First step on almost every sheet-metal job.
Hardware Inserter (PEM)
Press studs, standoffs, and threaded inserts into your panels so parts bolt together cleanly. No welding or loose hardware.
Belt Finishing Machine
Remove sharp edges, blend welds, and produce a consistent satin finish. Parts come out safe to handle and ready to coat.
Spot Welder
Fuse sheet-metal panels and assemblies at multiple points without filler. Clean, fast, and strong for enclosures and brackets.
MIG Welding Station
Weld brackets, frames, boxes, and structural assemblies. Finished welds can be ground flush or left as-is for strength.
